• Salary: £26,000 to £26,975

• Hours:  35 hours per week, Monday to Friday

We have a vacancy for an Administrator (Finance) to be responsible for the day-to-day administration and finance duties, ensuring the smooth running of a busy and vibrant office.

The post holder will have responsibility for ensuring that all routine office and finance duties are carried out along with more specialised tasks which are crucial to the functioning of the organisation.

Working closely with the Finance and Administration Manager, the post holder will ensure that finance processes are accurate and that tasks are completed in line with targets and deadlines.

Membership of the PVG scheme will be an essential requirement of the post. A contributory company pension scheme is offered with a 10% employer contribution.

Trustee

We're looking for a Trustee who will bring fresh perspectives and ideas to our committed Board.

You’ll join us at an exciting time as Bridges has just undergone a rebrand, the demand for our services is growing and we adapt to the changing needs of young people in an uncertain world.   

As a Trustee, you will play a key role in providing strategic oversight, guidance and governance to ensure that Bridges will continue to inspire young people in the future. You will also make a vital contribution to shaping our next five-year strategic plan, which will be pivotal to deciding our focus going forward.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with skills or experience in:

• Digital and technology

• The third sector

• HR

• Legal

• Education and employability
