Trustee

We're looking for a Trustee who will bring fresh perspectives and ideas to our committed Board.

You’ll join us at an exciting time as Bridges has just undergone a rebrand, the demand for our services is growing and we adapt to the changing needs of young people in an uncertain world.   

As a Trustee, you will play a key role in providing strategic oversight, guidance and governance to ensure that Bridges will continue to inspire young people in the future. You will also make a vital contribution to shaping our next five-year strategic plan, which will be pivotal to deciding our focus going forward.

We’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with skills or experience in:

• Digital and technology

• The third sector

• HR

• Legal

• Education and employability

‍We would also like to encourage applications from people who reflect the young people and communities we work with.

‍ You don’t need any prior Board experience to join us as a Trustee. What is important is a commitment to our mission, a genuine desire to making a difference and the perspectives you can bring.
